As an event photographer there’s a thing I like to call event synergy. This happens when a club isn’t too full but it isn’t too empty either. Its the perfect mix of people and space. Where you can still walk around comfortably and not have to elbow retards out of your way to get by.

I think its the promoters responsibility to control the door and the line so that this perfect mix of people can be attained. You see there is a science to the perfect party. There has to be more girls than guys but no so many more that its painfully obvious AND there has to be enough room to move around so that these people can see each other. (Ill probably go further in depth with this section of my rant in a later entry)

Now I understand that the more bodies that come through the door is better for the promoters. But if the place is so packed that it takes 20 mins to get from the front door to the bar, then another 10 mins to get your drink, you just wasted 30 mins JUST getting a drink. Get 2 drinks that night and you wasted a whole hour of your night TRYING to get drunk (lol)

Now if it takes you less time to get drinks wouldn’t you spend more at the bar buying drinks?
